Here are a few publications used in the Bafut Literacy program. Learning the Bafut Language could take you averagely three years for someone who is coming in contact with it for the first time. The Bafut community through its elites is making this possible to its indigens and especially children born and bred out of Bafut to learn the language both spoken and written through social media platforms, schools and holiday programs organized within and without the community. A total of 14 publications including the New Testament Bible in Bafut (Mɨ̀kàà yî mfiì) now exist to enhance this process. The work of the Literacy department is to ensure that the Bible with the Old testament now being t6ranslated would be consumed when fully published.
